Your Questions
What exactly do you do?
I support women (and children) reconnect to themselves.
Over the years I've studied hypnosis, energy work, sound, and emotional pattern healing. But the truth is, all of these tools serve one purpose: showing the women ways to hear their own inner voice again.
Many women come to me feeling exhausted from carrying everyone else's expectations. My support is to show you how to return to your own center, where clarity, calm, and self-respect begin again.
Is this therapy?
No. I am not a medical professional or licensed therapist.
What I offer is transformational guidance, hypnosis-based relaxation, and self-awareness practices. The "inner-space-creation" for you supports emotional clarity and personal growth, but it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
If someone needs medical or psychological care, I always encourage them to seek the appropriate professional support.
Does hypnosis mean you control my mind?
No.
Real hypnosis has nothing to do with control. In fact, it's the opposite. Hypnosis supports to quiet the noise around you, the voices of others in your head, so your own mind can come forward again.
You are always aware, always in control, and always able to stop the process at any moment.
What if I'm skeptical about spiritual work?
That's completely okay.
You don't have to believe in anything special for this work to support you. Many women who come to me are simply tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
What matters is curiosity and willingness. The experience itself usually answers the questions better than any explanation ever could.
What kind of women usually benefit from you?
Most of the women who find me are strong women who have spent years caring for others.
Women especially often arrive at a moment in life where they realize they have been giving their energy away for too long. They are not broken, they are simply ready to come back to themselves.
You don't have to tell me everything about your life.
This work is not about exposing your entire past. It's about creating space where your nervous system can calm down enough for your inner clarity to return.
We move at your pace.
Always.
What if I'm afraid to open up?
What if I'm afraid to open up?
You don't have to tell me everything about your life.
This work is not about exposing your entire past. It's about creating space where your nervous system can calm down enough for your inner clarity to return.
We move at your pace.
Always.
Is 432 Hz healing scientifically proven?
There is currently no strong medical proof that 432 Hz itself heals specific diseases.
However, there is growing research showing that sound, rhythm, and music can influence the nervous system, heart rate, stress levels, and emotional regulation.
Doctors and researchers already use sound-related methods in areas like:
Music therapy
Sound-based relaxation treatments
Rhythmic stimulation for neurological recovery
Meditation and breathing practices using sound cues
So while the exact number 432 Hz is still debated, the idea that sound influences the body and mind is very real and widely studied..
If sound can help people relax, why don't doctors use 432 Hz?
Medical systems move slowly and require very strong scientific proof before adopting specific techniques.
Many doctors do use music therapy, but they typically focus on the emotional and neurological effects of music rather than tuning systems like 432 Hz or 440 Hz.
In other words, medicine recognizes that sound can help people, but the conversation about exact frequencies is still evolving.
How do you personally use sound in your work?
I use sound as a supportive tool to support the mind and nervous system settle. And SOUND was an incredibale important part in my own self-healing.
For example, the use of:
Music tuned around 432 Hz that carries calm, spiritual, uplifting messages
Singing bowls and instruments tuned to specific tones
Gentle rhythmic sound patterns that help people slow down internally
A frequency machine that produces steady vibrational tones
These sounds are not meant to "force healing." They simply help create an environment where the body and mind can relax enough to reconnect with themselves.
What do people usually experience during a sound session?
Most people describe a few common sensations:
Their breathing becomes slower
The mind becomes quieter
Emotions may surface gently
The body releases tension
Some people feel deeply relaxed, while others feel mentally clear or emotionally lighter afterward.
Everyone experiences sound differently, and that's completely normal.
Is sound healing a replacement for medical care?
No.
Sound work, music, and frequency practices are complementary tools for relaxation, self-reflection, and emotional balance.
They are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.
If someone has medical concerns, they should always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Because sound alone reaches the body, and words reach the mind.
When calming frequencies are combined with uplifting language, guided reflection, and music, the experience becomes more powerful. It allows people not only to relax but also to reconnect with a more supportive inner dialogue.
And for many people today, that inner dialogue is the place where the real healing begins.
Why do you combine sound with words and music?
Every question on this page exists because some women, somewhere, was afraid to ask it out loud.
If you've read this far, something in you is already listening.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to arrive ready. You only need to take one small, honest step, and reaching out is exactly that.
Whenever you feel ready, I'm here.

Understanding the Secret of Solfeggio Frequenzy
432 Hz refers to the tuning of music.
Most modern music today is tuned to 440 Hz, which became the international standard in the 20th century.
Some musicians and sound practitioners prefer tuning music to 432 Hz because many listeners describe it as warmer, softer, and more relaxing to the nervous system.
People often say it feels more "natural." Whether someone interprets that scientifically or spiritually, many people simply notice their body relax more easily when listening to it.
What is 432 Hz and why do people talk about it?
Many people who explore sound healing eventually hear about the Solfeggio frequencies. These are specific tones that have been associated with emotional and energetic balance for centuries.
Historically, these tones were connected to early sacred music traditions and later rediscovered in modern sound healing communities. While science is still exploring how specific frequencies influence the body, many practitioners and listeners report noticeable emotional and calming effects.
Here are a few of the most commonly used tones:
396 Hz – Releasing Fear and Guilt
This tone is often associated with helping people release heavy emotional patterns and tension stored in the body.
417 Hz – Supporting Change and New Beginnings
Many people use this frequency when they want to move forward from old habits or emotional cycles.
528 Hz – The “Transformation” Frequency
Often called the frequency of love or transformation, it is commonly used in meditation and sound therapy to support emotional healing and inner balance.
639 Hz – Connection and Relationships
This tone is sometimes used to support communication, empathy, and emotional openness.
741 Hz – Clarity and Expression
People often associate this tone with clearer thinking and honest self-expression.
852 Hz – Returning to Inner Awareness
This frequency is frequently used in deeper meditation practices to help people reconnect with their intuition.
Again, it’s important to understand that these tones are not magic cures. They simply create sound environments that may help the mind and body move into calmer, more receptive states.
And when the nervous system relaxes, the mind often becomes more open to reflection, insight, and emotional balance.
What kind of books do you write?
I write books that support women reconnect with themselves.
Many women move through life constantly taking care of others, solving problems, meeting expectations, and somewhere along the way they lose the quiet connection to their own voice.
My books are meant to gently bring that voice back.
Some of my books are reflective and emotional, others include guided exercises, stories, or questions that help the reader look at their life in a new way. But the goal is always the same: helping someone remember their own strength, clarity, and self-respect.
Who are your books written for?
Most of my books are written for women who feel like they have given everything to everyone else for many years. And for children that need spiritual, emotional uplifting. A new awareness.
Women who have been strong for their family, their partner, their children, their job, and suddenly realize they don’t fully recognize themselves anymore.
My books are not about blaming anyone. They are about helping someone quietly rebuild their relationship with themselves.
And sometimes that begins with simply asking the right questions.
Why did you start writing these books?
Because I saw the same story again and again. And I realized it was not just me struggeling and feeling "lost" as a women, wife, mothers, mySELF..
Women all over the world writing, speaking with me saying things like:
“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
“I take care of everyone else, but I feel empty.”
“I feel strong on the outside, but inside I feel lost.”
ANd when I ask them: What are your dreams, what do you want"... seconds, minutes of silence.
I realized many women need something they can return to again and again, something that speaks to them honestly, without pressure or judgment.
Books allow women to reflect in their own time, their own speed and their own space. That makes them very powerful tools for personal change.
Are your books spiritual?
They can be, but not in a religious way.
When I use the word spiritual, I simply mean reconnecting with the deeper part of ourselves — the place where our values, emotions, and inner voice live.
You don’t need to follow any belief system to read my books. You only need curiosity about yourself.
What makes your books different from other personal development books?
Many personal development books focus on productivity, success, or achievement.
My books focus on something deeper: identity.
If a women reconnects with who she truly is, many other things in life begin to change naturally. Decisions become clearer. Boundaries become easier. Relationships shift.
Instead of telling women who they should become, I guide them back to the person they already are.
